Just the other day, I found myself staring at the computer screen, with my head tilted on one side. I am sure that you must be wondering whether I was nuts. No, I am perfectly sane (according to my personal standards), and was busy reading the upside-down status message, typed above. It's an interesting way to share a status on Facebook.
How to Type Upside Down
If you wish to type anything upside down and use it on Twitter, MSN, MySpace, AOL, Bebo, Gmail, YouTube, Word, etc., just follow the instructions below.
Look for the sites - typeupsidedown and fliptext on Google. Each provides an interface, where you can type the sentence that you want to invert. Immediately, the inverted, upside-down version of the sentence will get typed in a box below. Just copy the inverted text and paste it into your status message box, to share it on Facebook.
Writing Text Upside Down On Your Own
If you do not want to use any website, paste the upside-down letters directly, from the list provided below.
z ʎ x ʍ ʌ n ʇ s ɹ b d o u ɯ ן ʞ ɾ ı ɥ ƃ ɟ ǝ p ɔ q ɐ
6 8 Ɫ 9 5 ᔭ Ɛ 2 1 0
˙ ' ¿ , ؛ „ ‾ ⅋ ¡
All you need to do is select the characters individually and copy them (Control+C on Windows or Mac users can try ⌘+c), and paste them wherever you need. Time-consuming, I know, but those who want to do it themselves, can try it out.
